Spreading Joy with the Gift Back Campaign

The campaign has collected tens of thousands of gifts that have been gifted to a wide range of charities who work with those experiencing homelessness, the elderly, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and those who struggle with mental health. 

This year, there were 5 public collection boxes across London Bridge City, including collection points up and down The Shard. Volunteers then helped with wrapping in the London Bridge Hive before the presents were distributed, with Jacobs even devising its own collection bin on wheels to ease the delivery process.

The London Bridge business community achieved a remarkable feat, collecting 1,745 gifts from 26 local businesses, including The Shard and its occupiers.

The gifts were wonderfully received and distributed to 17 charities including the likes of One Southwark, South London Refugees, Disability Sports Coach and Community Tech Aid.
