Aqua Shard and Beluga Vodka Launch the Skyline Martini Experience

Created in partnership with Beluga Vodka, the experience transforms the traditional martini into a bespoke tableside ceremony. Guests are invited to create their perfect serve, choosing from three distinctive garnishes: a classic lemon peel, a traditional olive, or a pearl onion for the Gibson variation.

And, of course, there is one question that remains entirely personal: shaken or stirred?

Once the choice is made, the ceremony begins. The perfectly chilled Beluga Vodka martini is prepared and presented tableside with meticulous precision, accompanied by exceptional Oscietra caviar, served in caviar bump style on the back of the hand. The warm, buttery character of the roe provides a luxurious counterpoint to the crisp, chilled martini, creating a pairing that balances the richness of the caviar with Beluga Vodka’s signature smoothness.

Set against panoramic views of some of London’s most iconic landmarks - from Tower Bridge and the Tower of London to the winding Thames - and high within The Shard, The Skyline Martini Experience is a celebration of British elegance and craftsmanship.
