SHARD PLACE
Upon completion in 2023, Shard Place marks the third phase of the 2.5 million sq ft regeneration of Shard Quarter in London Bridge, providing a mixed-use destination of commercial, retail, leisure and residential assets.
British and European craftsmen have curated 176 sleek and modern lateral apartments which complement world class amenities and concierge service.
Residents will have exclusive access to a private roof garden on the 16th floor and outdoor swimming pool on the 27th floor. Inspired by the unique features in The Shard, naturally ventilated winter gardens will be included in many of the fully furnished apartments.
