Yogasphere introduces new City of Lights class

Yogasphere and partners The View for The Shard are delighted to introduce ‘City of Lights’, a series of evening yoga classes on Level 72 with a promotional offer available to all viewers.

Director of Yogasphere and Yoga teacher Leo Lourdes explains, “Yoga stems from India which is the original city of lights. The idea of turning The Shard into an urban mountain came from our yoga retreats at the height of the Himalayas. At our evening classes at The View from The Shard, it's the shard of light that connects and centres on the vibrant network of light. Its elevated our bustling city with a vantage view of absolute mindfulness.”

“While Yogi’s of the past have tried to levitate to higher spheres; we are literally bringing you a seat in the sky to practice yoga with us.”
Leo Lourdes
Director of Yogasphere
