There are just few weeks left to enjoy the Summer Gin Terrace at LÁNG at the Shangri-La Hotel.
A collaboration with local gin distillery Jensen’s, the Bermondsey based small batch producer only uses traditional botanicals to make its gin.
As the hotel continues to promote local products, the Summer Gin Terrace is specially designed and serve pitchers of delicious drinks for sharing, punches made from gin and tea, gin-infused cakes, ice lollies and also non-alcoholic varieties.
To get a real taste of old-London gins, which are synonymous with the London Bridge area, Jensen's used two of their unique blends - the Bermondsey London Dry - rivalling the gins of the mid-20th century while the recipe for the Old Tom dates back to the 1840s. The tea-infusions are made with the hotel’s own signature tea blends offering a refreshing and herbaceous libations blended expertly with the gin.
