TOWERING 6M HIGH SHARD SCULPTURE AT FORTNUM & MASON

PLANarama have been commissioned by The View from The Shard to create an impressive 6m high sculpture of the famous 87-storey skyscraper to exhibit in the atrium of prestigious London department store Fortnum & Mason.

Promoting their summer collaboration where visitors can enjoy a Fortnum & Mason afternoon tea picnic or ice-cream in the surrounds of a pop-up summer garden on level 72, 800ft above the city.

Constructed from stainless steel with frosted acrylic panels backlit by LED lighting, this abstract interpretation of The Shard doesn’t look out of place in the traditional surroundings of the store and creates a stunning statement fit for the partnership between London’s newest icon on the skyline and the renowned British retailer.

The Sky-High-tea experiences at The Shard have completely sold out now but visitors can still enjoy the Fortnum & Mason ice cream cart with signature champagne ice lollies and other treats.
