NEW FAMILY TICKETS RELEASED BY THE VIEW FROM THE SHARD
Kids Go Free at The View from The Shard this October Half-Term During the October half-term school holidays, each paying adult to The View from The Shard visiting between Monday 26th October and the Sunday 1st November 2015 will be entitled to two child tickets free of charge.
The View from The Shard provides families with an unforgettable experience, and is the perfect place to nurture a child’s fascination with the history of London. From the spectacular 64km (40 mile), 360-degree view, families can spot both modern and historic landmarks, including The Houses of Parliament, The Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, the Olympic Park and Wembley Stadium.
London is brought to life throughout the attraction with multimedia guides and state of the art, exciting kaleidoscopic, super-fast lifts to the top. On Level 69, high-tech, interactive ‘Tell:scopes’ enable exploration of the cityscape in every direction, providing information about surrounding landmarks, and the chance to see how the capital’s architecture has changed over the centuries with historic views from the Museum of London archives dating back as far as Roman times.
New for Sundays (excluding Kids Go Free period), family groups of four now have the option to purchase a family ticket for £74.95 (saving over 20%). Available to book online, the package is valid for groups of either 2 Adults with 2 Children, or, 1 Adult with 3 Children.
