WORLD'S PREMIER JEWELLER SELECTS THE SHARD FOR ITS UK HQ
Tiffany & Co., one of the world’s leading and most recognised jewellery brands, is to make The Shard its new UK headquarters, further reinforcing the vision of creating a vibrant business community in Europe’s first vertical city, recently shortlisted for the Stirling Prize.
The global jeweller is leasing approximately 8,000 sq ft within The Shard and will be relocating from its existing South Bank premises.

This latest letting takes The Shard’s roster of tenants to 11 with four new occupiers signing leases over the past three months, accounting for more than 35,000 sq ft of office space.

Tiffany & Co. joins an incredibly diverse range of companies that are leasing space within The Shard which now includes intellectual property lawyers, a venture capitalist, a global media brand, a New York based investment bank, the world’s largest hospital group and an international energy business.
Irvine Sellar, The Shard’s developer and co-owner, and James Goldsmith, Leasing Director of REM (the building’s asset manager), commented: “This latest letting confirms The Shard’s appeal to major global brands and we welcome Tiffany to Europe’s first vertical city.
“The Shard is part of the increasingly vibrant London Bridge Quarter that will be accommodating more than 12,500 people within its 1.3m sq ft of net space.
