The View from The Shard
During the October half-term school holidays, each paying adult to The View from The Shard visiting between Monday 26th October and the Sunday 1st November 2015 will be entitled to two child tickets free of charge.
New for Sundays (excluding Kids Go Free period), family groups of four now have the option to purchase a family ticket for £74.95 (saving over 20%). Available to book online, the package is valid for groups of either 2 Adults with 2 Children, or, 1 Adult with 3 Children.

GŎNG
Between 14 – 17th October, Shingo Gokan - nominated as one of the Top 10 bartenders in the World, will be GONG’s first guest mixologist. On offer will be signature cocktails including the 'East End' featuring Kaffir-lime infused Bombay Sapphire East, cucumber, pineapple, lemongrass, Galangal honey and Thai basil.

Aqua Shard
The Market Menu continues to please lunch time diners on Level 31 of Aqua Shard. The special menu, available Monday – Friday offers tempting dishes in a contemporary yet luxurious setting. For £31 for two courses or £34 for three, three choices for each course offer both variety and value. Choose from Rose Bay shrimps or sticky Longhorn beef short-rib, or maybe even Westcombe ricotta and pumpkin risotto, the dishes will undoubtedly bring the accomplished achievements of the kitchen to light.

Shangri-la – Cultural Salon
On Tuesday 6th October, Sir David Tang will be in conversation at the Shangri-La hotel. The founder of many highly reputable business and associations, in London, he is a Trustee of the Royal Academy of Arts, Chairman of the Tate’s Asia-Pacific Acquisitions Committee, President of the London Bach Society and Adviser to the London Symphony Orchestra and Carnegie Hall. He is also Vice-Chairman of the European Organisation of Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). In Hong Kong, he was Founding Chairman of the HK Cancer Fund and HK Down Syndrome Association. He is Patron of the Royal Geographical Society HK as well as the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation. He is also President of the Royal Commonwealth Society HK.
