The #Shardpics competition terms and conditions should be read and understood before entries are submitted.
Photo competition terms and conditions
- By entering the competition, you agree to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and to comply fully with them.
- The ShardPics competition winner if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian when claiming the prize.
Copyright and reproduction
You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered. You will retain copyright of your entries at all times and always be credited alongside your picture.
Usage Rights
By entering your images into the competition, you grant permission for Real Estate Management (UK) Limited on behalf of The Shard exclusive license to reproduce the images for marketing purposes, including social media.
Prize
Lunch at Hutong will include:
- The four course menu is taken from Hutong’s set menu which includes popular dishes such as its dim sum platter, Guaiwei prawns and cuttlefish and tender braised beef shank.
- A bottle of wine selected by the sommelier.
- Soft drinks, or coffee and tea.
