CELEBRATE CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW AT AQUA SHARD

To celebrate the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, aqua shard has created a special cocktail and dessert inspired by the quintessentially British elderflower.

The Royal Horticultural Society's Chelsea Flower Show is a displays the best in garden design. Held in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, London, it has been running for over 150 years. Formally known as The Great Spring Show, today the attraction is attended by 157,000 visitors each year and is broadcast by the BBC. The RHS Chelsea Flower Show runs from 22nd to 26th May 2018.

To celebrate the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, aqua shard has created a special cocktail and dessert inspired by the quintessentially British elderflower, which will be served in the bar and restaurant from Monday 21st May to Sunday 27th May.

Join aqua shard for a drink after work or before you meal and try the cocktail (£14.00) made with Tanqueray No. TEN gin infused with elderflower and lotus leaf, elderflower tincture, lemon juice, egg white, as well as, blue cornflower and lavender syrup. If you’re dining in the restaurant, try the Chelsea Flower Show dessert (£9.50), made with elderflower and lime cheesecake cream, white chocolate, meringue, strawberry parfait, burnt butter and almond crumble, fresh summer berries, ewe's milk ice cream and elderflower.

GETTING TO THE SHARD FROM THE CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

By public transport it will take approximately 24 minutes on the London Underground. Following an eight minute walk from Royal Chelsea Hospital to Sloane Square Station head eastbound three stops on the District or Circle line and change at Westminster. At Westminster change to the Jubilee line and head southbound three stops to London Bridge.

By car it will take approximately 30 minutes from the Chelsea Flower Show to The Shard via A3212. The Shard sits within London's Congestion Charge Zone.
