The Shard Celebrates Pink October in Support of Breast Cancer Awareness

This October, London’s skyline will take on a rosy glow as The Shard’s iconic spire illuminates pink on 1 October, marking the beginning of Pink October and raising awareness for breast cancer.
High above the capital, Shangri-La The Shard, London will continue the celebration throughout the month with a collection of pink-inspired experiences across its restaurants and bars, with part of the proceeds donated to Guy’s Cancer Charity to help fund vital breast cancer research.
At TĪNG, the hotel’s signature Afternoon Tea in the clouds will be reimagined for Pink October, with a beautiful collection of pink-hued pastries served against sweeping views of London.
Up on Level 52, GŎNG will shake up a selection of limited-edition pink cocktails and alcohol-free creations, inviting guests to raise a glass to an important cause from one of the highest bars in the city.
The celebrations continue at Sky Lounge, where the weekend Sky Brunch will receive a playful pink makeover. Expect pink-hued cocktails, an indulgent brunch spread and, for the ultimate sweet finale, a spectacular pink chocolate fountain.
