The Lemongrove Gallery comes to The Shard

This February, The Shard welcomed a vibrant exhibition with art curated by The Lemongrove Gallery.
The temporary installation brought a selection of contemporary artworks into the building, offering occupiers and visitors the opportunity to experience striking pieces in one of London’s most iconic spaces.

Transforming the reception into a gallery setting, the exhibition featured works from internationally recognised artists including Danielle O'Connor Akiyama, Dan Pearce and Mr Brainwash.
Known for her expressive use of colour and fluid, nature-inspired compositions, Danielle O’Connor Akiyama’s paintings introduced a sense of movement and calm to the space.
In contrast, the bold and playful pop-art styles of Dan Pearce and Mr Brainwash brought energy and vibrancy, drawing inspiration from street art and popular culture.

The exhibition offered occupiers a chance to pause during the working day and engage with contemporary art in an unexpected setting. By bringing gallery-quality works directly into the heart of the building, the installation created a moment of creativity and inspiration within the everyday rhythm of The Shard.

Presented in partnership with The Lemongrove Gallery, one of the UK’s leading independent art galleries with a great team of fully trained and experienced art consultants.
