To celebrate the occasion, from the 13th -15th March, the specially curated Dim Sum Bouquet will be available. A fun and playful nod to Mother’s Day that reimagines the traditional flower bouquet as an exquisite dim sum creation. Mother’s will be served with a complimentary glass of fizz, when ordering the Dim Sum Bouquet.

Guests wishing to add an extra layer of thoughtfulness can pre-order fresh flowers to await their arrival, creating a complete celebration from the moment they're seated. Hutong is launching the exciting new Bubbles & Bao Brunch on 15th March, offering the promise of an elevated dining experience in one of London's most spectacular settings.

For those unable to join on the day itself, the new brunch is available every Sunday after, with a curated menu set at £60 with the option of additional £40 for bottomless bubbles and cocktails or an additional £60 for bottomless champagne and cocktails.
