Aqua Shard Unveils Peter Pan Easter Hunt

Starting at London’s Waterloo, participants will help the Lost Boys solve clues to find their way along the route that leads them to the tastiest prize – the Peter Pan Afternoon Tea served with a limited-edition chocolate crocodile egg at the top of The Shard! 

Guests who successfully complete all the clues along the trail will receive a special prize. Adults taking part will also enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz upon arrival for their afternoon tea.

After working up an appetite completing the new Easter trail, hungry guests can sit back to enjoy London’s finest sweeping views and a delicious reward - Aqua Shard’s unique and playful Peter Pan afternoon tea featuring sweet and savoury creations inspired by JM Barrie’s story. 

The tea starts with savouries including a sausage roll and classic sandwiches, served from a Neverland treasure box. This is followed by the pièce de résistance - a bespoke Jolly Roger stand (a nod to Captain Hook’s iconic ship), floating on a bed of dry ice, decorated with warm scones with jam and clotted cream, and sweet treats including Captain Hook’s Battenburg and a fairy cake. 

The Peter Pan Afternoon Tea is run in partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity), with £2 from each afternoon tea donated to the charity to help ensure seriously ill children get the best chance and childhood possible.

For the Easter holiday celebration, Executive Chef Mark Abbott has created a limited-edition chocolate crocodile egg – Croc’s Treasure Egg – which will be available until April 12th only.
