You’ll begin with the traditional ‘Lo Hei’ salad, where each ingredient added represents a blessing such as good health, wealth and happiness. Be sure to mix enthusiastically, as the higher the ingredients are tossed and mixed, the more prosperity it is warranted to bring.

What comes next sees you indulge in the Chef’s recommendations and dine upon an array of mouth-watering delicacies like fried tiger prawns with black pepper and chilli, duck with Sichuan pepper and pickled chilli, and black truffle fried rice. For a sweet ending, we have sweet dumplings in sweet rice wine soup; the perfect end to our delicious three-course meal.
On Saturday 10th February, join our Chinese New Year party featuring hong bao, a Chinese calligrapher, a traditional dancer, and a Lion dance performing throughout the evening’s festivities. Be sure to fill out your wish for the new year and hang it on a branch of our wishing tree before you leave. We sincerely hope that your wishes come true.
