Mother's Day at Aqua Shard
Aqua Shard has created a four course set dinner menu to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Available for one night only, 27th March, the menu is priced at £85pp and includes Whiskey-cured salmon to start, served with blood orange, white asparagus, cider dressing & Oscietra caviar followed by West Country lamb saddle with English feta & onion tart, red pepper & black olive jus. As a gift to mothers, the menu will include a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label on arrival and a sweet treat to takeaway.
A vegetarian menu is also available for £70pp which features Burrata, spring peas, lemon dressing & black truffle and Leek & parmesan ravioli with wild garlic sauce, confit lemon & fresh ricotta.
