Easter at Aqua Shard
Whether you’re planning a family outing or a meal for two, our Aqua Shard Brunch is the perfect way to spend Easter.
Treat yourselves to a three course brunch with dishes such as Eggs Benedict, toasted English muffin, poached Cackleberry Farm egg, hollandaise and honey roast Dingley Dell ham. To make the occasion extra special, why not compliment your brunch with a wine pairing.
Weekend brunch is available 15th and 16th April 10am-2.30pm and the Easter specials will be available over the weekend.
Egg in a Nest, a chocolate shell filled with crunchy white chocolate pearls, coconut mousse and passion fruit & mango sauce will be available on the a la carte dinner menu on the 17th and 18th April. They'll also be serving a special cocktail, Chocolate River from 11th-18th April made of Havana 7 rum, Dead Man’s Finger coffee rum, Cacao liqueur, caramel, cream and fresh coffee.
