Aqua Shard's Glorious 12th Game Tasting Menu
The iconic Aqua Shard is honouring this year’s Glorious Twelfth with the launch of its Glorious Game tasting menu.
Shot that day and transported from the Welsh Rhug Estate to be plated up on level 31 of The Shard. The 5 course tasting menu explores the best of British game with dishes such as Game consommé, duck tortellini, chestnuts topped with lemon rapeseed oil and Roasted grouse with apricot & vanilla marmalade, raw beetroot salad, swiss chard and raspberry jus.
The menu costs £85pp with an optional wine pairing and is available Mon-Thurs dinner until October. View the menu here.
