Oblix's "Top Guns" bar jacking series continues with an all star line up.
Launched on 6th June, "Top Guns" has seen famed bartenders travel from across the globe to guest host the Oblix bar. Each of the world renowned mixologists have created their own Oblix "Top Guns" cocktails, which then become a permanent part of the Oblix drinks menu for guests to try.
Playing host to international bartenders for one night only, Oblix Bar Manager Aaron Masonde is on hand to serve guests during the collaborative cocktail experiences. Aaron's passion for the drinks industry and close bartender contacts inspired the idea to celebrate mixology and the top global talents at Oblix.
Line Up
- 6th June: Dennis Zoppi supported ny Diageo and its Reserve Brands, created the Quetzal cocktail using an array of premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
- 31st July: Scotty Schuder, nicknamed the American Tiki King worked with Plantation Rum to host an evening celebrating the brand’s vibrant flavours.
- 7th September: Ariel Leizgold, Israel’s most awarded bartender showcased his inimitable take on culinary-inspired cocktails served with Diageo Reserve Brands.

- 2nd October: All star line up of Scott Baird, owner of Trick Dog in San Francisco, winner of the World's Best Cocktail Menu 2017, Nectaly Mendoza, owner of Herbs & Rye in Las Vegas, winner of the World Best High Volume Cocktail Bar 2016 and Remy Savage, Head Bartender of Little Red Door in Paris and one of the four Top Best International Cocktail Bars 2017 will be collaborating with Don Q Rum for their takeover.
