The Shangri-La Hotel introduce their next guest bartender at GŎNG bar.
Antonio Lai is the owner of the famous Quinary Bar in Hong Kong and the genius behind the 'Multisensory Mixology' concept in Hong Kong, recipes that turn a drink into an experience by evoking all five senses.
Antonio will perform behind the bar for the three nights, from 6pm to midnight.

Flavour and aroma combinations together with different textures, appearances and even sounds will challenge every preconception held about cocktails — hence, a multi-sensory experience. The long bar extends to Antonio Lai’s lab showcasing the rotary evaporator and equipment re-distilling and slow-cooking our own flavoured spirits, and the caviar box for the signature Earl Grey Caviar Martini.
