The Shard’s award winning bars and restaurants, 5-star hotel and London’s highest viewing gallery are now open.
Shangri-La Hotel, At The Shard, London reopened its doors this week, welcoming guests with elegant décor and exciting experiences inspired by the best of the British Springtime, offering bespoke treatments with organic skincare purveyor Neal’s Yard Remedies and collaborating with the UK’s leading fitness experience Fiit to introduce remote fitness classes, enabling guests to exercise from the comfort of their guestroom.
Western Europe’s highest hotel bar GŎNG has launched Liquid Afternoon Tea, an exciting new concept to rival traditional teatime treats. In TĪNG, guests who enjoy the traditional experience will appreciate a classic afternoon tea served on cloud nine with the new Picnic Afternoon Tea in the Clouds featuring a selection of delicious finger sandwiches, handcrafted desserts, freshly baked scones, and an exclusive selection of loose-leaf teas from Camellia’s Tea House. A takeaway Picnic Afternoon Tea packed in a wicker hamper is also available for guests on the go to enjoy in one of the area’s beautiful nearby parks.
Aqua Shard is open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, along with their popular Peter Pan Afternoon Tea in partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, transporting guests to an enchanted Neverland on level 31 of The Shard with specially created nostalgic sweets and savouries.
On level 31, Oblix at The Shard has reopened with a new cocktail menu, available within their cocktail bar and lounge, Oblix East. The new cocktail menu will join a considered selection of luxurious bar dishes, from executive chef Marcus Eaves, as well as the Afternoon Tea and Oblix East set menu which have been refreshed to include a selection of seasonally inspired dishes.
Experience the occasionally fiery Northern Chinese cuisine at Hutong which is now open for lunch and dinner, or indulge with a carefully crafted cocktail in the Shanghai bar on level 33 of The Shard.
