The Shard, London's most recognisable commercial address, has released 20,075 sq ft (1,865 sq m) of newly refurbished office space on Level 10.
The north-facing workspace offers uninterrupted views across the capital and features three winter gardens, providing fresh air and dedicated breakout space. Delivered in Cat A condition, the floor provides occupiers with flexible, open workspace alongside best-in-class WiredScore Platinum certification.
Located within Europe’s first vertical city, occupiers benefit from access to The Shard’s on-site amenities, including concierge services, a medical centre, seasonal events, and exclusive discounts via The Shard Members card.
The building also provides direct access to London Bridge Station’s national and Underground transport connections.
