From Cornish Lobster with Mango and Pak Choy to Organic Lamb with Lamb Bologna and Soy, all the dishes in TĪNG are made using the finest local ingredients.
TĪNG has a number of special menus over the festive period, from Roast Rhug Estate turkey served with chestnuts and miso and honey glazed vegetables, to a haunch of South West Venison with Alsace bacon, red cabbage, and chocolate.
